Decree nr. 5 (January 13, 1993)
The o animal permission will be issued due to:
· of the animal’s Certificate of Registration
· Breeding Certificate to bred mares
· Registration papers to foal on mare’s side
· For animals over 18 months, the andrologic and gynecologic
test issued by the veterinary
· Performance, Racing or Halter records
RACING COMPETITION
a. The classic Classification is up to 5th place and the speed index
is equal 90, for twice;
The classic performance can be exempted since the speedindex has
been obtained in Los Alamitos or Ruidoso Downs Race-courses.
b. Broodmares without records, but that have produced animals that
correspond to sub-heading a:
c. Stud without records, but that has sired 10 animals that fit
to sub-heading a;
d. Animals up tob 36 months can be exempted from the own records,
since their sires and dans are the requirements above.
HALTER
COMPETITION
a. Animal with AQHA Performance as Superior Halter, AQHA Champion
or that have obtained up to 3rd place in AQHA Congress and in the
World Championship Show;
b. Broodmare without records but have produced animal that is fit
in one of the above requirements;
c. Stud without records, but that has sired 10 (ten) animals that
fit in sub-heading a;
d. For animal up to 24 months with AQHA Performance and 20 scores
in halter, or that can be exempted the records since the sires and
dans fit in the request above.
CUTTING
COMPETITION
a. Animals with the certificate of ability NCHA, the can prove prize
equal or above US$ 10,000 or that have obtained classification up
20 th place in the Cutting Futurities or Super Staker NCHA or Derby
NCHA;ç
b. For stud without records but that has sire 10 (ten) animal that
fit in the condition above;
c. For broodmare without records but that have produced animals
that fit in the sub-heading a;
d. For animals up to 48 months, it can be exempted the own record,
since that their sires and dans fit in one the previous requirements
REINING
COMPETITION
a. Animal with the Certificate oh ability NRHA, or classification
up to 5th place in the World Championship Show
b. For animals up to 48 months, it could be exempted the records
since their sire and dam have been world champions in AQHA competitions;
c. For stallions or broodmares, they must have had animals placed
up to 5th in the AQHA World Championship
OTHER COMPETITIONS: POLE BENFING BARREL RANCING AND WESTERN PLEASURE
a. Animal with 50 scores in AQHA official contests;
b. For broodmare without records, but that have produced animals
fit to the requirements above
c. For sire without records, but that has sired 10 (then) animals
that fit in sub-heading a;
d. For animals up to 36 months it could be exempted the records
since their sires and dans have been World Champions and Reserve
Champions in AQHA contests.
